Our Story

Sometimes we feel like snails on the road.

Always moving between mountains, long hikes, quiet beaches and new places, carrying our home, and our life, with us wherever we go.

But for us, movement has always had meaning and direction.

It means continuing to learn, grow and experience the world more deeply.

Over the years, travel, massage, yoga, writing, meditation and meeting different people have all shaped the way we see the body, the mind and human connection.

One of the most meaningful things for us is hearing:

“You really helped me. Thank you.”

That feeling stays with us.

We believe in slowing down, listening properly and giving each person the time and attention they truly need — because every person experiences life, stress and the body differently.

Michael giving a massage

Michael's Story

My journey into massage began through yoga, movement and years of working closely with the body through practice and teaching.

While teaching yoga, I became increasingly interested in helping people not only through movement, but also through hands-on bodywork and recovery-focused massage.

I first trained in classical and sports massage in Slovakia, later continuing through reflex techniques, traditional Chinese massage and several years of studying Chinese medicine focused on movement, recovery and body awareness.

Over time, myofascial release became the strongest influence in my approach and remains the core of my work today. It changed the way I understand the body - not as separate muscles, but as one connected system shaped by posture, tension and movement patterns.

My treatments are usually deeper, slower and more focused on fascia, muscular tension and helping the body release built-up tension caused by everyday movement habits and physical strain.

My goal is to help people feel more balanced, comfortable and free in their body by working with fascia, tension patterns and the way the body naturally moves and holds itself over time.

Viktoria giving a massage

Viktoria's Story

My journey with massage began in Slovakia, where I spent four years studying massage therapy and graduated from a professional massage school.

After graduating, I spent three years working in the spa town of Trenčianske Teplice, helping clients recover, release tension and reconnect with their bodies through massage.

Over time, my interests led me beyond traditional Western techniques. In Tenerife, I began studying the foundations of Tibetan medicine and traditional Tibetan massage (Kunye), later continuing my studies in Nepal with Tibetan teachers.

One of the most valuable lessons I learned was that no two bodies are the same. Rather than following one fixed routine, I prefer to adapt each treatment to the person in front of me, because stress, fatigue and tension affect everyone differently.

My work is inspired by the Kunye approach, combining slower techniques, attentive touch and a calming atmosphere to help people unwind and deeply relax.

My goal is simple: to create a peaceful space where people can slow down, switch off for a while and leave feeling lighter, calmer and more comfortable in their body.
