About
MiVi Massage was created by Michael and Viktoria — combining not only our names, but also the way we approach bodywork.
“Every body feels different.”
“Every treatment should too.”
We take time to listen, adapt and respond to what the body needs in the moment. Our experience, movement awareness and various therapeutic techniques come together to create personalized treatments that support recovery, balance and long-term well-being.
No routine. No repeated treatments. Just care that is unique to you.
Michael
My journey into massage began through yoga, movement and years of working closely with the body through practice and teaching.
While teaching yoga, I became increasingly interested in helping people not only through movement, but also through hands-on bodywork and recovery-focused massage.
I first trained in classical and sports massage in Slovakia, later continuing through reflex techniques, traditional Chinese massage and several years of studying Chinese medicine focused on movement, recovery and body awareness.
Over time, myofascial release became the strongest influence in my approach and remains the core of my work today. It changed the way I understand the body — not as separate muscles, but as one connected system shaped by posture, tension and movement patterns.
My treatments are usually deeper, slower and more focused on fascia, muscular tension and helping the body release built-up tension caused by everyday movement habits and physical strain.
My goal is to help people feel more balanced, comfortable and free in their body by working with fascia, tension patterns and the way the body naturally moves and holds itself over time.

My journey with massage began in Slovakia, where I studied massage therapy for four years and graduated from a professional massage school.
After graduating, I spent more than two years working in the spa town of Trenčianske Teplice, helping clients recover, release tension and reconnect with their bodies through massage.
Over time, my path led me beyond traditional Western techniques. In Tenerife, I began studying the foundations of Tibetan medicine and traditional Tibetan massage (Kunye), later continuing my studies in Nepal with Tibetan teachers.
One of the most valuable things I learned was not to follow one fixed routine, but to follow the body in front of me — because every person carries stress, fatigue and tension differently.
My treatments are usually gentler, calming and deeply grounding, focused on helping the body slow down, soften and restore balance naturally.
My goal is simple: to create a calm space where people can truly relax, switch off for a moment and feel more at ease in their body.
